Course Description
This session explores the elements that help teams move from a collection of individuals to a cohesive, high-performing group. Participants examine how shared expectations, communication practices, and team roles influence collaboration and productivity. Through reflection and discussion, participants learn how to establish effective team norms, align around common goals, and create conditions where individuals feel accountable to both the work and one another.
