Course Description
This session helps participants examine how informal communication patterns influence team dynamics and organizational culture. Through facilitated discussion and reflection, participants explore the difference between healthy workplace dialogue and communication that can unintentionally undermine trust. The workshop introduces practical strategies for interrupting the cycle of gossip, approaching conversations with greater intention, and fostering communication that strengthens relationships rather than eroding them.
