Why It Matters
Organizational culture influences how people communicate, make decisions, solve problems, and support one another. It affects not only results, but also how employees experience their work every day. While culture develops through shared behaviors and expectations, it does not have to be accidental. Organizations that intentionally shape their culture are better positioned to align their people, reinforce their values, and create an environment where both individuals and the organization can succeed.
