Why It Matters
Some of the most valuable learning at work happens through relationships with colleagues. When peers support each other’s development, they create opportunities to reflect, exchange ideas, and approach challenges from new perspectives. Organizations that encourage peer coaching strengthen collaboration, deepen trust, and create a culture where learning is shared rather than siloed.
