Why It Matters
Change efforts often stall not because the change itself is flawed, but because people don’t understand, trust, or see their place in it. Leaders are the primary translators of change; how they frame, model, and respond to resistance determines whether people disengage or lean in. Organizations that build strong change leadership capacity are better able to sustain performance, preserve relationships, and adapt in real time.
